What our customers say
"With Flieber, I could integrate the inventory position in different locations and also have an accurate sales forecast for multiple channels. As a result, it is much easier to plan and replenish inventory. And stockouts are no more a problem. I love the real-time view of the entire supply chain operation: what is transit, when will it arrive, and what to order or transfer. It completely changed my replenishment process."
JP SantAnna
CEO at SellersFlow
"Flieber is helping us effectively manage stock across all of our sales channels by customizing our calculations to the data points that are important to us, which ultimately allows us to stay lean on stock. It also allows us to keep an eye on sales trends to be able to respond quickly to them when needed and alerts us to potential stock issues so they can be corrected immediately. The way it simplifies the data into screens that give you a full grasp of the situation within seconds, is invaluable."
Jenn Angel

"Flieber brings standardization and organization to our business, which are crucial to scale our operations. Their team pays attention to your needs and always finds a workaround, no matter where you sit. The platform keeps adding cases to cover most of your exception cases: forecast modifications, product bundle options, improved and customized reports, and the list continues. They are great partners."
Santiago Valentín Brun

"Flieber is a powerful and customizable tool with native integration for the most relevant marketplaces. But what I like most about them is their customer support approach: they are genuinely interested in learning how you operate to support you better. Flieber has allowed me to reduce manual work while planning and forecasting products, and to handle different regions and sales channels in a single place."

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Flieber do?
Flieber is an inventory planning platform. But what does that mean? It means that our system combines the sales, inventory and supply chain data of your commerce brand to help you make better decisions in a fraction of the time.
What is the difference between inventory planning and inventory management?
Inventory management is about control (past)–it's main objective is to gather all your historical data to calculate your inventory positions today. Inventory planning is about decision (future)–it's main objective is to project your future inventory to trigger every action that you might have to take at any given time. While inventory management allows you to have control of what you have today, inventory planning is what really allows you to reach the results that will impact the future of your business. After all, if you project the wrong inventory, you'll end up either stockout, hurting your sales, or overstocked, hurting your margins and capital availability.
What kind of data does Flieber need?
Flieber collects from integrations the historical sales, current inventory positions, open purchase and transfer orders, among other inputs from each of your SKUs to project the future sales, calculate inventory forecasts, and trigger the main actions that you need to take.
What are Flieber’s main integrations?
We currently integrate (either natively or through middlewares) with the main sales platforms and marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Etsy etc.) and the main inventory systems (Shiphero, Shipbob, Extensiv, SKUVault, Luminous etc.). We also have a robust native integration with Google Sheets, that allows for a series of automations using reports generated from any system. We like to say that integrations are never an issue for Flieber.
Does Flieber use AI?
Yes. We have been using a mix of industry and proprietary AI-based forecasting models for over 5 years, with proven results over more than 3 million SKUs. We also have a series of initiatives to embed AI in many of our processes to make the lives of our customers even simpler.
How much does it cost to implement Flieber?
Zero! We do not charge for implementation. Our platform is extremely flexible, adjusting to pretty much any use case, and we have by far the simplest onboarding process that takes literally minutes to be completed. You can do the onboarding by yourself or have a free consultation with our team, who will help you with every step of the process.
What is the onboarding process and how long does it take? (what does implementation look like?)
During onboarding, you will integrate your sources of data (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, 3PLs etc.), configure the main parameters (safety stock, target days of coverage, MOQs, lead times etc.), and follow a couple more prompts. Everything should be done in less than 20 minutes. After that, Flieber will start consuming the data from the integrations and will send you a notification as soon as the system is ready to be used (the time here can vary from a few minutes to up to 24 hours, depending on the number of sales channels and the quantity of sales).
I use an ERP. Do I need Flieber?
Yes. ERPs are control systems that aim at calculating what you have available today. They're not made for decision-making (which is about the future), as they don't have robust forecasting capabilities–and will never have, since complex data modeling, data scientists and AI algorithms are not in their DNA. That's why their demand-planning modules are known to be terrible. This is where Flieber comes in. We sit on top of your ERP data, make historical corrections to eliminate anomalies that might negatively affect the result of our algorithms, run AI-based forecasting models, make the robust calculations needed to take into consideration your main parameters and use cases, and provide you with a very clear map for each of your products, showing which ones you need to replenish, how much to replenish, which ones you don’t have time to replenish anymore and, therefore, have to reduce sales pace, which ones are overstocked etc. All in real time and at the click of a button. Life of an operations professional has never been so easy.
I use an IMS. Do I need Flieber?
Yes. As with ERPs, IMS's are also about control and will not help you much when it comes to making smarter decisions about the future. Flieber also sits on top of IMS's, gathering raw inventory data as one of the most basic inputs for our calculations. We then combine this data with sales and supply chain data coming from other systems to generate our alerts and recommendations. But if you don't have an IMS, no problem either–we can consume data from various sources and even have a Google Sheets integration that automates the consumption of data manually inputted in any of your spreadsheets.
Do I have to replace my spreadsheets?
No, you don't. At Flieber, we know that spreadsheets are here to stay and will always be a very important part of your operations. So, instead of substituting them, we incorporate them in our flow. With Flieber, all data can be exported to or imported from spreadsheets. See Flieber as the steroids to your spreadsheets, the system that will bring your data to a whole new level of accuracy and sophistication, so that you can make much better decisions in a fraction of the time. Independently of whether these decisions will be made in Flieber or in your beloved spreadsheet.
I don’t have any systems and only use spreadsheets. Can I use Flieber?
Yes, sure. We have made it extremely easy to input data from manual sources, such as spreadsheets. Our Google Sheets integration even allows you to automate this input, so that you don’t have to enter the same information in two locations. Simply enter the data in your spreadsheets and Flieber will automatically read from it. We also allow you to have any combination of sources–for example, you may have a natively-integrated sales channel (e.g. Amazon), a natively-integrated fulfillment (e.g. Amazon FBA), a warehouse receiving data from a CSV report from your 3PL, and POs/TOs being fed by a spreadsheet that you maintain. Any combination works with Flieber.
I use multiple tools in my operations. How does Flieber connect with them?
We have native integrations with the most important tools in the market, but we can also consume data from any other source through middlewares such as Google Sheets. Data integration shouldn't be an issue–just talk to one of our team members about your specific use case and we’ll have an easy solution to automatically input your data into Flieber.
Does Flieber update the data in real time?
It all depends on the capabilities of the data source. For Shopify, for example, we can have real time updates, since their webhook technology pushes changes in seconds to Flieber. For Amazon, it depends on the data–whatever is available through webhooks is updated in real time, but most of the data depends on scheduled reports that are made available by Amazon in different time frames (some every 15 minutes, others in up to two hours). For other integrations, we have other limitations. But rest assured that Flieber is always syncing data in the shortest possible interval offered by the integrations.
Is there any risk that any of my changes in Flieber are pushed to my stores, impacting on my listing on Amazon, Shopify, etc.?
No. Any configuration that you do in Flieber, including discontinuing or archiving SKUs, only impacts Flieber. We are not a PIM (Product Information Management) system and, therefore, have no control over your listings. Feel free to make any changes in Flieber without worrying about your listing.
Is it safe to connect my data to Flieber?
Yes. Flieber has gone through multiple audits (such as from Amazon, Deloitte and Shopify) to guarantee that the data stored in Flieber is safe and we haven't had any issues whatsoever since our launch in 2019. Our customers are also covered by the most strict confidentiality clauses, which guarantees that we will not make your identifiable data available to anyone under any circumstances. My product catalog is complex, including different lead times by product, kits/bundles, backorders for some channels, among others. Is Flieber able to support that?
Yes. Flieber has the most advanced data model in the industry, which means that we have a fully flexible system, able to adapt to pretty much any use case. Lead times and every other parameter can be configured at any level, from the most general (by sales channel) to the most granular (by SKU); kits/bundles are automatically incorporated into the replenishment calculations, impacting on the consumption of inventory of each component; backorders can be turned on/off by product, meaning that we will continue consumption inventory even if the product is out of stock, making calculations a lot more accurate; among many other use cases. If you self-onboard into Flieber and don't find a solution for some use case, please contact our team immediately–it's very likely that we will have that solved.
